I consider myself to be a fortunate person because every day I get to do something I'm passionate about.

Using my unique Release - Reset - Revitalise method I help business professionals and athletes rid themselves of limiting beliefs and emotions that hold them back

so that they can perform at their best and reach their true potential. It's an enormous rewarding feeling, to know that I'm contributory in helping people achieve the sort of results they want.

But things haven't always been like that.

In the new millennium, a series of personal challenges including a home raid, a burn-out, multiple health setbacks and a divorce made me revaluate my life.

It led me to study again and learn the newest methods and techniques in my profession, according to the latest developments in the field and updated my skills as a hypnotist and hypnotherapist and added mindscaping to my toolbox. Providing me with the means to develop my unique Release - Reset - Revitalise method.

Hypnosis and mindscaping combined with my experience in international business and sport have taught me the power of mental detoxing and how it can support mental health, promote general well-being and help perform at your best and give you the opportunity to reach your true potential.
